As the owner of the Basic Training Centre, I enjoy the experience of working with each individual client. As a teacher, I strive to help you understand the 'why' of fitness. As a personal trainer, my aim is to show you the 'how' of fitness and as a kinesiology major, my goal is to guide you through your injuries and limitations to achieve a stronger and healthier body.
Fitness is not about a temporary fix; it's about making a lifestyle change. We are never too old or it is never too late to begin. Whether you are coming off of an injury, have been carrying extra weight for too many years or just need a change in your regular training routine, I will take the time to work with you to achieve your goals. We become accountable to each other. My objective is to get you to your goals and help keep you there; to keep it simple and basic.
