Welcome to the Basic Training Centre
Most of us, at some time in our lives, have belonged to a fitness club. Research shows that only 25% of people who join clubs actually achieve their goals. Of that 25%, 75% have personal trainers. This information thus gave birth to the Basic Training Centre in Austria in 2005. We are not about the frills, add-ons, or amenities. We are all about getting back to basics.
The basics are simple. To be fit, we need to look at the basic components of fitness. They include: cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, percent body fat and flexibility. In addition, we often like to include others like speed, balance and agility. All of these components can work independent of each other but the best way to achieve overall fitness is to combine them in functional movements.
Since 2020, the Basic Training Centre has adapted to the pandemic, and now all training is online. It's simple, easy and personal.
